By accepting MALIBU HOME SPA’s terms and conditions, I understand that I am agreeing to the following MALIBU HOME SPA return/exchange/repair policy and warranty terms below. Additionally, I agree to the terms on the FAQs page. MALIBU HOME SPA will accept returns or exchanges for a full refund minus the shipping cost under the following conditions:

All MALIBU HOME SPA products carry a 90 warranty in accordance with the terms on this site FAQ page and is valid for the original customer only. Opening the products packaging and will void the warranty. A request for a return or exchange must be made within 30 days from the date of the sales receipt, upon approval of your request you will be given a “Return Policy Number” (RPN) number which must be written on the outside of the return package. Once you have received the RPN number from our support, the package must arrive at our office within 10 days of your receipt of the return approval. Returns without an authorization number from MALIBU HOME SPA will not be accepted.

All products that is returned or exchanged must be received in new, original and unused condition, along with all original manufacturer boxes, manuals, and booklets with packaging and accessories intact. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection by our returns department. Any product that is used, scratched, or altered in any way will be denied credit or exchange.

MALIBU HOME SPA reserves the right to reject any damaged or used returns even if a return authorization number was originally granted. Exchanges or return will receive full store credit, less shipping charges, towards the selection of another product or refund.
If your shipping address is different from your billing address, or you are placing an international order, It will be necessary for us to contact you at the telephone number you have provided for more information.
This may cause a delay in your order being shipped. A signature of receipt is required upon delivery of your product by UPS, DHL, and FedEx. If you are unable to sign upon delivery, you must then pick up your product at the shipping facility. If your product is returned to us, you are responsible for the freight charges.

All international customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes imposed by the destination country. Our shipping charge is for the shipping & handling only and does not cover any taxes or duties imposed. Please be aware that all taxes and duties are your responsibility and must be paid by you to your local customs office upon the arrival of your product.
All MALIBU HOME SPA prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Any future promotional emails, that may be sent to you, will be from MALIBU HOME SPA ONLY and will give you the option of being removed from our mailing list at any time. Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase from MALIBU HOME SPA. All orders are subject to MALIBU HOME SPA review and are not binding on MALIBU HOME SPA until accepted. We may at our discretion refuse to accept your order. After we receive your online purchase order you will receive an automated email from MALIBU HOME SPA confirming receipt. Note that this email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is only accepted by MALIBU HOME SPA if you receive a separate order acceptance purchase email. Any authorized “hold” on your credit card or PayPal account will be released within 3-5 Business days from date of cancellation in the event your purchase order is not accepted.
